As we approach the finale of the three-month-long Carnevale celebration, The Venetian and The Palazzo kicked off “Cibo-Vino” (chee-bo vee-no) on Wednesday, August 1. A month long spectacular celebration of food and wine hosting a plethora of stellar events created for true foodies including chef demonstrations, wine tastings and exclusive dining experiences. These are free events you won’t want to miss if you’re in Vegas.
Carnevale Vino Tasting Tuesdays. — Every Tuesday in August, from 5 to 6 p.m., guests are invited to enjoy a complimentary wine tasting in the scenic Waterfall & Atrium Gardens at The Palazzo.
Carnevale Chef Demo Wednesdays. — Every Wednesday in August, from 5 to 6 p.m., a variety of talented chefs from both properties’ will showcase their expertise in cheese, fruit, sugar and ice carving with complimentary demonstrations.
Samba Roll Thursdays. — Beginning August 2, from 5 to 6 p.m., in The Palazzo Waterfall & Atrium Gardens, guests are invited to join Sushi Samba Executive Chef, John Um, to learn the art of sushi making and note-worthy techniques of sashimi cutting. A complimentary tasting of the palate-pleasing sushi rolls will take place, paired with sake tastings to enhance the flavors.
